Steve and I used to hang out back in the day. We were together in his car, playing hookey ,with the Morretti sisters ( Nadia & Kathy? If I remember correctly) on Nov. 22nd 1963, when we heard on the car radio that JFK had been shot. It was a sad day. The girls cried.
More recently we had bumped into each other in the neighborhood as we both live in Roselle. We have also connected at the last few class "meet n greets in Addison." I am saddened today to read of Steve's passing and my sincere condolences go out to his family.
Linda Love (Molnar) (1966)
I met Steve in 1962-63 when I was a freshman at Hay/ Austin. We met at at an activity night. Steve was a good dancer during those early years. He was also a very good friend of my husband Chucks. Steve was a part of the N & M a go-gos. ( aka. Hung out at North and Menard) Chuck and Steve remained good friends up until his passing . Steve was always a loyal friend and an important part of our families life , and will forever own a piece of our hearts ♥️
