Took my breath away when I read this.  Although I haven't seen Annette since graduation, she was my very best friend for many years.  We met in Alfred Nobel kindergarden and remained close until graduation.  We spent time at each others homes, went to many "record parties" together and drove our teachers crazy putting on our makeup in class!!  So many memories of a long friendship.  I pray God blesses her family and brings them strength to think of all the happy times.  Even after 50 years, my heart is crying.  Rest in peace my friend.

I, too, went to Nobel with Annette and have many great memories of our elementary years. Our paths went different ways in high school, but I hope her life was happy and full in all the years since then. My sympathy goes out to Tony and her family. It is sad that we all have not been able to reconnect before life deals us such blows.

I remember Annette from so many years together at Nobel - from 5th grade when I joined the class - through high school.

Please accept my condolences, Anthony.

Yes, I attended school with Annette and lived down the block from your family.  I am so sorry to hear of her passing.  May God bless your family.  Stay strong and the memories that remain will grow stronger as time passes.  It is always difficult to lose a family member, especially a sibling.  I think you, Tony, may have attended Nobel with my sister, Roberta Past.  She passed away in 1987 at the age of 38..I feel your pain, but time will help heal.  May the Lord give you strength to carry on.

Peggy (Past) Dicillo
