Mr. Brown (U.S.History) & Miss Doheny (Algebra) - didn't dislike them, they were just a little scary at the time.

What is your favorite memory or memories of AHS?

Loved Friday activity nights, sock hops, football games, pep rallies, homecoming parades & dances, float making, etc, etc. Also I have so many great memories of classmates that I met throughout the 4 years that I attended Austin High.

Your Elementary School Story:

I attended Key school from kindergarten to 8th grade, graduated in January, 1962, there were 14, including me, in my graduating class. I have a lot of great memories from Key school. In the summers they had a school program called social center which they had arts & crafts, activities & games, baseball games. On the whole, it was a lot of fun. To put it briefly, during my years at Key, I met many great girls & boys.
